• with insight from previous 2k Games and Gearbox Software; Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands the pre-sequel, I originally focused on completing the main story missions as I eagerly awaited end game bossing and farming legendary loot

• BL3 end game consists of a TVHM (True Vault Hunter Mode) and 11 mayhem modes in either normal or second playthrough TVHM

  • Mayhem modes are made up of in-game modifiers ranging from 1 activated to up to 5
    • modifiers include; not limited to: crit hit kills proc loot explosions, standing still spawns fire in place, big head mode,
    • along with the modifiers; each mayhem mode has increased enemy health points, experience gain, and rare loot chance. These modifiers span from 1 at +100% (mayhem lvl1 to lvl11) to 11+10000%, mayhem lvl11 is the same as 10 without in-game modifiers to feel as if normal per usual gameplay
  • TVHM may begin after the main story missions are completed or at your leisure
  • Loot (gun and equipment) and leveling… caps at lvl 72 mayhem lvl 10
